If the man even showed up at all, he would look at my problem, tell me he would call me and that was the last I heard of him. Then this door to door solicitor man knocked on my door and asked me if I had any work to be done. So I figured I would take a chance and have them come out. Within two weeks they started. The people at Phoenix knew exactly how to fix the problem. They saved my home from falling down. The scheduling of the workmen was efficient and they cleaned up my mess.

Received a call inquiring whether I was considering a home improvement project and we were and at the time of their call had other quotes. Appointment was set,arrived as scheduled with Mike. Discuss our idea and was attentive and offered his input without pressure. Thanked us for our considering his business and hoped to hear from us. We hired him and throughout our project continued to be part of the project making sure things were going as planned and pleased with each phase As with any project there areas unexpected surprises but Mike handled them professionally and promptly. In a couple cases the vendors expected to come had other conflicts with their outside clients that caused Mike some disruption but was quick to resolve these issues quickly . We appreciated his interaction to make sure our project was completed to our expectations and we were pleased throughout. We are very happy with the outcome and happy we had chosen Mike. Our old windows were awful. My house was so cold in the winter we would all get sick. In the summer we ran the air conditioner continually. You put those new vinyl windows in and I can already tell the difference. It is snowing outside and my house it so warm. Your guys were quick, clean and efficient.
