About Us
Hi, I am Michael and I want to be your remodeling contractor.
I began Phoenix Home Construction in 1984 with the intention to make my building and remodeling passion my career.
Starting out as a hands-on home building contractor, I learned the building & remodeling business from the ground up. By personally performing every aspect of the building trades industry, I have gained the wealth of experience necessary to become a true Remodeling Contractor. Your remodeling project will be supervised by me to insure top quality workmanship, job clean up, and the respectful attitude that you demand when having someone work in your home.
Phoenix Home Construction is a full service General Contracting company. Services such as survey, engineering, civil engineering, architectural, plumbing, roofing and electrical are all performed with state licensed sub-contractors that are fully insured and bonded. All other trades that do not require a state license are also fully insured and bonded. This info can be provided to the customer upon request.

We were amazed at how hard and long the roofers worked. Unlike my neighbors, our house was finished in one day. The men were very courteous and they kept my home very neat. My plants were not damaged and the yard clean up was great. Thank you for such a nice experience.

Our old windows were awful. My house was so cold in the winter we would all get sick. In the summer we ran the air conditioner continually. You put those new vinyl windows in and I can already tell the difference. It is snowing outside and my house it so warm. Your guys were quick, clean and efficient. I can't wait till summer to see how these windows will save me on my AC bill.
